"I worked with this State farm for almost 2 years and I had one claim on my business during that time. I closed down the business that had the claim and opened a new business. When I opened the new business I called in for insurance qoute. They waited 4 days to get back to me just to tell me I wasn't eligible. So I lost 4 days of business waiting on the answer they had 2 days ago. They dropped me after one claim <$4,000 and they hold several factors against me. There is no loyalty at this company, and no forgiveness. You have to have perfect credit to get a good rate and perfect business practices for them to accept your money. Like a good neighbor State Farm won't be there."
